Claire is a cook, baker and storyteller. She owns the award winning bakery-brunch restaurant in Vancouver’s Commercial Drive, which has been featured in the New York Times, Washington Post, Globe and Mail amongst others. She loves food that’s ingredient driven, loves baked goods that nail the crunch-to-gush ratio, but more than anything she loves how food connects us, and makes us feel like we’re part of something bigger. Food is community, as simple as that.
